Inauguration of New Mosque in Kustia, Bangladesh
A Mosque inaugurate in Malibag village of
Kustia district on 26th Februrary, 2010 named “Masjid Muhammad Buniyan Al Harisi”
(M113). Construction of this mosque was supervised by WAMY Bangladesh office.
Construction of this mosque was started on
june, 2010. Total size of it is 1356sft along with 14 seated (tin shed- seat
tiles) ablution centre, 2 toilets and 2 urinals. Mosque contains 25 feet long minar.
8 Lights (Energy bulb), 10 Fans and sound system (1 mike set, 2 horns, 3 boxes)
also provided in it. It has also a separate woman prayer room. It also has a
library. More than 200 books also provided for that library.
Tiles work on total floor and mehrab. And carpet
provided on total floor area. The Director of WAMY Bangladesh office Dr. Redwanur Rahman inaugurate this beautiful mosque on Friday Jumma prayer 26th
Februrary, 2010.
Educational Program for Female Students
Recently on 5th February in Madinatul
Ulum Kamil Madrasa, Rajshahi, Bangladesh, Female Activities Department of WAMY
Bangladesh office organize a one day Educational Program for Female Students.
Total 230 students of different educational institution of Rajshahi district
are participating in this program. Main Slogan is “Build Your Career to Serve
the Society”. Mr. Shefaul Karim honorable Divisional Deputy Commissioner was
present in closing ceremony of this program. On his speech, He thanks WAMY for
their approach and hopes that to elaborate their work WAMY will be enlightened the youth of Bangladesh.
The Director of WAMY Bangladesh office Dr.
Redwanur Rahman also present on this occasion. He thanks all participants on
his valuable speech. He advice all them to be a Good, Honest and morally developed
human for the sake of the country and the nation.
So many renowned lecturers are participating
in this training program and deliver valuable speech. Among them- Dr.
Shahabuddin Ahmed Chowdhury (Assistant Professor, Ziaur Rahman Medical College,
Bagura), A.Z.M Obaidullah (Director, Student Affairs, International Islamic
University), Nurul Islam (Secretary, Advisory Board WAMY Bangladesh) and Ahsan
Habib Imroj (Chairman, Global Light House Foundation, Tangail).
